This may include buyer preferences, property feedback, or internal client notes.

We do not request or store sensitive information like Social Security numbers, credit card details, or passwords.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

- Help you recall buyer preferences

- Surface insights or summaries when asked

- Improve our assistant’s intelligence and usefulness

- Send assistant replies or reminders via email or SMS, if you opted in

We do not use your data for advertising.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, cloud-based infrastructure.

SMS messages are processed through our messaging provider (e.g. Twilio), and form submissions are securely stored and transmitted to our system.

We use best practices to protect your data, including encryption and access control.

However, no system is 100% immune from risk. You use the Service at your own discretion.

3a. SMS Messaging Consent

By submitting your phone number through our form or texting “START” to our assistant number, you consent to receive text messages related to your buyer memory assistant.

Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

To improve accuracy and usefulness, some messages may be reviewed by a small, trusted team during our early pilot phase.

This process is private, minimal, and strictly focused on improving the Service.

We never share buyer identities or personal data.

5. Your Control

You can delete a buyer’s memory at any time by emailing us at claris@buyermemory.com with the name or phone number used.

You can also stop receiving SMS messages by replying STOP to any assistant message.

You may also request a copy of your stored data.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use tools (like email, messaging, or hosting providers) to operate the Service.

These vendors are required to protect your data and may not use it for other purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy
